What is the difference between night blindness and colour blindness.

simple in N.G blindness with can't see in night but in colour one we see red or green colour everything. please add it to brainlist

Difference between night blindness and color blindness is mentioned below -

•Night blindness is also known as nyctalopia.

•It is inability to see under low light conditions, i.e night.

•It is eye disorder, caused due to cataract or short sightedness.

•Color blindness is inability to differentiate between certain colours.

•It is inherited condition.

•It is caused due to low frequency of occurrence of cone cells in eyes, responsible for color.
