OBC and NC OBC are now regarded as two different categories by the Indian Central Government.
The OBC category is regarded as the creamy layer wherein the allowances endowed upon the categorized people under this section are minimal or similar to the people under open category!
Now, for NC OBC where NC stands for Non-Creamy layer, the Indian Central Government  awards preposterous rights to the people categorized under it. These people enjoy way more allowances and benefits than the OBC ones.
So if the cut-off list has been shelled out for the NC OBCs then I guess the OBC people are not deemed to enjoy those rights.
So according to this, you wont even get an iota of benefit for your OBC quota while taking admission in IIMA.
Work hard and rely on your talent! Why would you be crippled enough to be seconded by some fraudulent system!
Creamy layer

NC OBC implies Non Creamy Layer candidates among the OBC candidates. As per the latest government regulations, any candidate belonging to the OBC category and having a family income less than 6lpa belong to the non creamy layer and are entitled to the benefits of reservation. Any OBC candidate having income above 6lpa are not eligible for reservation.

In order to get reservation benefits from IIM A or that matter any government organization, you would need an OBC certificate that states:-
your name.the name of your community (that is included in the list of  OBCs).the gazette resolution number which included the community in the  list of Other Backward Classes.the certificate must state that you belong to the non creamy layer.it should be signed by competent authority andit should not be more than 1 year old.
