What is the difference between oil in water and milk in water

When when we mix oil in milk it will dissolve.

Hey dear!

The difference is just very simple. Its just that:

When oil is mixed in water it doesn't dissolve in water. Thus, it is an immiscible liquid.

Whereas milk dissolves in water. So, it is a miscible liquid.
