Differences between organised and unorganised sector:-

Oganised sector:-

  1. Organised sector follows government rules.
  2. Workers in organised sector have the job security.
  3. They get paid for leaves and government holidays.
  4. The get several benefits from the government.
  5. There are also fixed hours of working.

Unorganised sector:-

  1. Unorganised sector has no rules.
  2. Workers in unorganised sector does not have the job security.
  3. They do not get paid for leaves or holidays.
  4. They did not get any benefit from the job.
  5. There are no fixed hours of working.
