• It is registered under govt and have to follow the laws

• There is job security

• There is extra benefits like pension,etc

• The employment is regular

• Have to work only for the fixed hours

Unorganised:

• Employment is not regular

• There is no job security

• Nov extra benefits

• It is not registered under govt. and does not follow any law

• Have to work according to tye wish of owner
