What is the difference between orifice and mouthpiece?

Orifice is the small opening of any cross section on the side of bottom of tank through which a fluid is flowing.

Mouthpiece is the short length of pipe which is 2-3 times it's diameter in length fitted in a tank or vessel containing the fluid.

Both are used for measuring the rate of. flow of liquid
