What is the difference between pakistan's and germany's coal mines?

In Pakistan, there is an energy crisis and they are developing the coal industry to fulfill their industrial needs. It was an important industry in Germany, however, the hard coal mining in Germany ended in 2019 as they already had enough energy for power generation.
