PARALLEL VENATION:

It is an arrrangement of veins in a leaf in which all veins are parallel to each other. Trees having parallel venation in leaves also have fibrous roots.

eg: aloevera plant leaf, grass

RETICULATE VENATION:

It is an arrangement o veins in a leaf in which all veins form a web-like structure. Trees having reticulate ventaion in leaves have tap roots.

eg: leaf of peepal, leaf of mango
