if light fall on any object it reflects all the light rays. it is called pure reflection. some times reflection deends on the object where the light touches . in other words , we know that any light rays is a combination of different wave lengths, and if any light rays falls on any metal or object , the object absorbs all the light ray or partially. hence the intensity of the light changes depends on the reflected wave length
