What is the difference between perennial rivers and preseasonal rivers

perennial rivers are the rivers which flow throughout the year without the shortage of water.
Eg: Himalayan Rivers
pre seasonal rivers have a course only during rainy season or may during another time. but the flow of water has some breaks within it
