personal communication :it's the communication between person to person .It provide necessary communication between two people making man a social animal .For example :letter, email ,SMS ,telephone etc .


Mass Communication: it's the communication among the masses it provide entertainment as well as create awareness among the masses for example :radio ,television, newspaper .
