Piracy and privacy are two different terms with two different meanings. Let say if you want to keep any thing secret , it is called privacy. If you are copying files that have copyrights or are paid , it is called piracy.

Piracy is copying files which normally need to be paid for and privacy is someone keeping secrets that they do not wish anyone to see like their bank details or things like that.

piracy is the practice of attacking or robbing in the sea or copying someone else's files

privacy- is the state in which one does not liked to be disturbed by other people
