Pitch : The characteristic of sound by which an acute or shrill note can be distinguished from a flat or grave note is called Pitch.  

Timbre : timbre refers to the characteristic sound of an instrument.

pitch:the substance which is used to clean the utensils which is made with non-plastic timber:the substances which is used to clean the dinner sets which is made with plastic
