Answer:

Pitch is a measure of how high or low something sounds and is related to the speed of the vibrations that produce the sound.

Volume is a measure of how loud or soft something sounds and is related to the strength of the vibrations.

Pitches and Volumes are two different measures in science specifically in physics . When we go and learn about Pitches it is basically the measure of how high or low the sound of a person is for example if i am sitting in a room and a person is calling me from the lounge the pitch might not be so accurate and high while if they are near me i will hear a more higher pitch. Whereas volume is the measure of how soft or loud a sound can be for example someone singing in a calm tone will have a soft volume/pitch and and singing in a pop type style will defined have a loud volume/pitch.
