What is the difference between polar bear and grizzly bear?

The Polar Bear and Grizzly Bear may both be bears, but they really are different. The polar bear and the grizzy bear differ from each others in the terms of their fur, habits, behaviour and their tastes.
Grizzy bears are black, brown or gold and polar bears are completely white and they are a good swimmer. Polar bears are much larger than those grizzlies.
