What is the difference between population growth and population change?

(1) It refers to change in the no. of inhabitants of a country during a period of time.
(2) It can expressed in absolute no. and Percentage

Population change
(1) It refers to change in population composition.
(2) It is affected by birth rate,death rate, migration.
