Hey mate ☺

The word “practice” is a noun, it refers to an act itself, not who is doing it.
For example: It's a common practice to check your spelling before submitting an assignment.

On the other hand, practise is a verb meaning "do something repeatedly to improve one skill". For example: I will practise my spelling.

Hope it helps you ☺✌✌
