present perfect tense - It means that work has been done by you. The work has finished. Have and Has are used. For example - 1) I have done my homework. 2) She has done her work etc. .

present perfect continuous - It means that the work is going on. The work is not yet finished. Have been and Has been are used. For example - 1) I have been doing my homework since 1 hour. 2) She has been doing her work for a month now.
