Word provides different ways you can view your documents, depending on your particular needs. The major views available in Word are Print Layout, Full Screen Reading, Web Layout, Outline, and Draft. ... Print Layout view is the one most closely related to what your document will look like when you actually print it.

Hello.....

Print layout : The print layout view is the default view of the word application. It lets you check out how your document will look in a printed form.

Outline view : This view show you a document in an outline form. It makes possible to collapse and expand different sections of document to easily move blocks of text around the document. It is useful when you are looking at a document which has large number of pages and sections.

Hope it helps....

Have a nice day......
