Process are obtained from man and results are common and they result in useful products.
Phenomenon is actually know as an observed situation which seems uncommon. The word is actually used to imply the causes of the situation are not exactly understood.

The two words are not related in any way.
Process is a series of steps. Examples:
What is the admissions process at IIT Kanpur?
Through this process, sugar cane is transformed into jaggery.
Phenomena is the plural form of phenomenon. A phenomenon is an occurrence, which means simply that something happened. We use the word most often when the thing that happens is rare or unusual. Examples:
The planets have not aligned this way in over 300 years. It is quite a phenomenon.
The researchers observed some strange phenomena in the Amazon rain forest.
Two other forms of “phenomenon” are used fairly commonly:
“Phenomenal” is the adjective. We say that something was phenomenal when it was really excellent. For example: Tendulkar’s innings in the match was phenomenal: he scored a double century!
“Phenom” is a shortened form of phenomenon that is used to describe a person. Sometimes, the whole word is used the same way. Examples:
I want you to meet Ellery. He’s the new phenom that all the critics have been talking about.
When Jackie Robinson entered the National League, people soon recognized him as a phenomenon. He won the Rookie of the Year Award.
Well, something is labeled a process once it's been observed at work, even if it's not understood yet, essentially. A phenomenon refers to something that is not understood, and in particular, an outcome of unobservable processes.
