Prokaryotic Cells

  1. Size is 0.1- 5.0 um.
  2. Nucleus is absent.
  3. Membrane bound nucleus absent.
  4. One chromosome is present, but not true chromosome plastids.
  5. Unicellular.
  6. Lysosomes and Peroxisomes absent.

Eukaryotic Cells

  1. Size is 5-100 um.
  2. Nucleus is present.
  3. Membrane bound Nucleus is present.
  4. More than one number of chromosomes is present.
  5. Multicellular.
