prokaryotic cell -
1. no membrane bound nucleus
2.mesosomes present
3.flagella
4.max prokaryotic cell have cell wall except mycoplasma.
5.no centrioles
6.no lysosome
7.one large vacule

EUKARYOTIC-
1.membrane bound nucleus
2. no mesosomes present
3.cilia
4.in eukaryotes...plants have cell wall while animal cell lack cell wall
5.centrioles present
6.lysosomes present
7.many small vacules...

HOPE IT WILL HELP UH

Prokaryotic Cell :-

Cell size is generally small.

Nuclear region called nucleoid and not surrounded by a nuclear membrane.

Only a single chromosome is present.

Nucleolous is absent.

Membrane bound cell organelles are absent.

Cell division is by fission or budding.

Eukaryotic Cell :-

Cell is generally large.

Nuclear material is surrounded by a nuclear membrane.

More than one chromosome are present.

Nucleolous is present.

Cell organelles is bounded by membrane and are present.

Cell division is by meiotic.
