Ans:- Difference between EUKARYOTIC and PROKARYOTIC cell are:

(i) The Eukaryotic cell have well-defined nuclear membrane whereas the Prokaryotic cell does not have nuclear membrane.

(ii) The Eukaryotic cell have nucleus, whereas the Prokaryotic cell have nucleoid.

(iii) The Eukaryotic cell have membrane-bounded cell organelles, whereas the Prokaryotic cell does not have.

(iv) The size of Eukaryotic cell is 0.1-5.0 micrometre, whereas the Prokaryotic cell is 5-100 micrometre.
