What is the difference between propyl and propanyl ? ​

Propanyl isn't really used. If you google search "propanyl," it will auto-display propyl- as the correct IUPAC name for a 3-carbon CH3CH2CH2-substituent with single bonds. Isopropyl is also used if the carbon 2 atom binds as the substituent.

In general, anyl refers to single bonds, whereas enyl will refer to a double bond (CH2=CHCH2-) and ynyl to a triple bond (HC≡C−CH2).
