what is the difference between protoplasm and cytoplasm

Protoplasm is the content of the cell including the cell membrane,cytoplasm and the cell nucleus whereas cytoplasm is the jelly like substance surrounding the nucleus within the cell membrane. Thecytoplasm contains the cell organelles like mitochondria, ribosomes

1. Protoplasm is the colourless material consisting of the living part of a cell,includes the cytoplasm ,nucleus and other organells.

2. Protoplasm is the collection of the cell membrane,cytoplasm and nucleus.

3. Protoplasm includes the nucleus.

CYTOPLASM:-

1. Cytoplasm is the fluid that consist of all of the contents outside of the nucleus sand enclosed within the cell membrane of a cell.

2. Cytoplasm is the fluid part of the protoplasm.

3. Nucleus is not included in the cytoplasm.
