The difference between the public and private healthcare facilities are as follows:

The public healthcare facilities aim at providing healthcare to all the citizens at an affordable rate for all.

The private healthcare facilities aim at providing a high class facility for the richer sections of the society. This is mostly not afforded by the poor. The private healthcare facilities do not aim at service to all.Their main aim is to make money.

Hope it helps

Answer:

Public health facilities are provided by the government to poor people and people with economic problems. Government gives them free healthcare including medicines and doctors are also very specialized in government hospitals. And private healthcare facilities are the hospitals which are paid. Private hospitals provide good facilities than government hospitals they are much paid. And sanitation and facilities are also good than government hospitals.
