What is the difference between Queen Bee and Worker Bee in a bee hive?

The Queen bee lays eggs in the beehive.

However, there is female workers bee and the male bee is only responsible for the fertilization process.

Once done, they will die immediately and if is not able to do that then the worker bee kick him out and then he will die.

The worker's bee is to protect the queen and then ensure that the safety of the hive is maintained.
