RAM, which stands for random access memory, and ROM, which stands for read-only memory, are both present in your computer. RAM is volatile memory that temporarily stores the files you are working on. ROM is non-volatile memory that permanently stores instructions for your computer.

- It stands for Random Axis Memory.
- It only runup computer's memory when it is working.
- It is located in CPU in the form of a chip.
ROM :-
- It stands for Read Only memory.
- It restores memory when computer restarts.
- It is located in Motherboard in the form of a chip.
