What is the difference between random and non-random samplig?

In random sampling:- each and every member has an equal chance to be selected in sample. There can never be bias in selection process. In non-random sampling:- there's any particular favorite member that is selected, or there may be particular one not to be selected. So there will be bias in non-random sampling. For getting best ,precise and unbiased results by sampling, Random Sampling must always be preferred
