Gossip just came up from people or individulas with conflicting facts,sources,evidences,etc..its merely hearsay conveyed to other person .While news (on paper,tv,radio) will bring informations based on reliable sources,facts,events,and any activities that delivers the truthfullness of what is going on.

Real news are the true and correct flow of information whereas, Social gossips are the fake rumors and different fake information or backbitings.
