Answer:

Regeneration :Regeneration is the ability of an organisms to give rise to new individuals organism from their body part.

Example : when planaria is cut into many pieces, each piece grows into a complete organism. This regeneration process is carried out by specialised cells, which proliferate, develop and differenciate into various cell types and tissues.

Budding:In budding a small part of parent organisms grows out which then detached and become new organism.

Example: In the process of budding in hydra, a bud develops as an outgrowth due to repeated cells at one specific site. These buds develop into tiny individuals, and when fully mature, detach from the parent body as new independent individuals.
