The difference between the rural and urban livelihoods are :
1. Rural or Village livelihood is based upon primary sector or activities like agriculture while as Urban livelihood is based upon secondary activities like manufacturing and terrestrial activities like services.
2. Rural livelihood is open in fields while as Urban Livelihood is mostly confined to four walls.
3. Rural Livelihood is very less materialized as compared to Urban livelihood.
4. The urban people work in polluted environment while as rural people work in pleasant and natural environment.
