Self pollination is the process in which pollen grains of same plant fertilizes the ovary.
Where as in cross pollination pollen grains from some other plants fall on the carpel with the help of pollinating agent.

Double fertilization is a process in which out of the two pollen grains reaching the carpel one fuses with egg to form seed while the other with secondary nucleus to form PEN Primary Endosperm Nucleus
