simple sentences include an action doer and a verb for example - the boy is running
compound sentences include two sentences(simple)
for example - Ram is wounded but he is still walking, here two sentences 1. Ram is wounded and 2. Ram is still walking are combined
complex sentences also include two sentences but one of the sentences is independent sentence (it doesn't need the help of other sentence for its meaning) and the second one is dependent sentence (opposite of independent sentence)
for example the girl from Delhi won the prize
here the independent sentence is the girl won the prize and the dependent sentence is from Delhi
compound sentences include two sentences(simple)
for example - Ram is wounded but he is still walking, here two sentences 1.
