• Slum tourism is also called ghetto tourism or poverty tourism. It is type of tourism in which people visit the ghettos. Originally the ghettos of Manhattan and London were involved in slum tourism in 19th century. This tourism is now famous in Brazil, India, Philippines, US and south Africa.
