Fog: Droplets of water vapour suspended in the air near the ground. An atmosphere in which visibility is reduced because of a cloud of some substance.

Smoke: A hot vapour containing fine particles of carbon being produced by combustion.

Smog=SMoke+fOG

fog is the vapour like thing... which comes with the dust when the weather is cold

smoke is the mixture of smoke and fog... which is the mixture of dust particles and fog.
