Hi, I’ll make it crystal clear.

Sperm is a cell. It has a nucleus, mitochindria, cytoplasm, everything. It is a cell, though with different shape. The sperms or sperm cells are produced in testes, and are released out from urethra during sex. This sperm travels vagina, uterus, and oviduct to fertilize an ovum and form a baby.

Testosterone is a hormone. It is a small chemical substance. It is million times smaller than a cell, ok? The testosterone is produced in testes, and is released into the blood. Like all hormones, it signals various cells in body. This causes male like features in Man. Beard. Muscles. Hoarse voice. Libido. etc.
