spores are minute and small structure which are found in atmosphere the spores in aquatic areas which are motile called zoospores and when they disposed to the surface of any bacteria fungi or Protista they  form mycelia and then it led to the formation of black bub or sporangium and the stalk like structure called sporangiophores.

but pores are the holes or very tiny holes in any organism through which exchange of gases takes place in plants like stomatal pores and pores are very tiny they don't let to reproduction of any organisms

spores are the small round storages which bears the reproductive parts....
pores are small holes in any object
