what is the difference between static coefficient of friction and dynamic coefficient of friction.

The surfaces would move relatively, albeit friction acting against it. Such friction is called Dynamic friction. In simpler terms, Friction acting between surfaces in contact, when there's no slipping between them, is called static friction. If slipping is present, we call it dynamic friction.
