Potential resources are resources which are present in nature and we know how to use them but we aren't utilising them. Eg-Solar energy in Rajasthan.

Stock - We know that these resources are present in nature but we do not have the technical 'know-how' to utilise them

Stock- These are the assets for which we don't have innovation to extricate. Ex-Water comprises of Hydrogen and Oxygen which are inflammable yet we don't have innovation to separate vitality from these components.

Reserve-  Although we have innovation to separate these assets yet we are not extricating them at present These assets have been put away to meet future prerequisites. Eg:- We store water in dam to meet our vitality prerequisite of future (entire year).
