What is the difference between strength and concentration

they both are basically to be referred to the same term,but to be specific, strength and concentration are interdependent. like for ex. strength of an acid might be denoted by its pH value(always<7), which is basically the strength of h+ ions in that acid. so strength of a substance is denoted by the concentration of its substituents(atoms or ions).
