Hi there,

High court: It is the court which is bound by the jurisdiction of a state and who's decision is yet to be finalized by the supreme court. It is the step one of any case.

Supreme court: It is the last step of any case that awaits decision. The decision made by this court is full and final. This court is above high court and represents the whole country.

I hope the answer is helpful.

Thanks for asking.

The supreme court is the main head and top most place of justice, and it is also the central part of the country, which is responsible for passing new laws of the country.

Whereas high court is the lower version of supreme court, which operates in a state level, and is highest post in state level of justice.
