A table contain data structures in rows and columns those are the evidences . Table remain strued always . Reports are designed on the basis of the Table and consist summarisation, manipulation of data, and can be generated only on the basis of Table.

A data table may or may not be included in a report. A report may include more than one table or use other visuals such as pie charts or line graphs to convey information.

A report is really a conversation between the reporter and the reader(s), usually upper management or other stakeholders in which the reporter presents and explains facts about a situation, provides analysis about causes and effects, and possibly makes recommendations for future actions. This conversation is generally captured as a document so that it can easily be shared and saved for reference.
