what is the difference between the blood flowing in the arteries and that blood in the veins

here is your answer

1) arteries carry blood away from the heart while veins carry blood towards the heart.

2) all arteries carry oxygenated blood except pulmonary artery while all veins carry deoxygenated bloof except pulmonary vein.
