The empty set has no element only a null character.

set A=  multiple of 11 in the first 10 natural numbers.

multiple of 11 are 11, 22, 33,.......

In the first 10 natural numbers has no element which has a multiple of 11. Hence, set A is an empty set. It contains no elements.

The Universal set contains all the elements of related sets without any repetition of elements.
