geometry will always be tetrahedral.
shape may differ depending on the number of atoms forming bond with the central atom.
For example:
In NH3, only 3 atoms forms bonds with N while at one remaining position, lone pair is present.
Its not the case with many other tetrahedral compounds.
So shape may differ but geometry wont.
