When we round off numbers to the nearest hunderds, the next full hundred comes if the number is greater than or equal to 50 in the last two places like 151 & 984 will round off to 200 & 1000 respectively. The previous full hundred comes if the the number is smaller than 50 in the last two places like 248 & 945 will round off to 200 & 900 respectively.
The smallest number which becomes 400 after rounding off is 350.
The largest number which becomes 400 after rounding off is 449.
