what is the difference between the mannner in which movement takes place in a sensitive plant and the movement in our legs

the movement in sensitive plant is a slow process whereas the movement of leg in humans is a immediate response to the stimulus.

The movement of sensitive plant includes no thinking process but the movement of leg involves a whole thinking process known as reflex arc.
