mean =   \frac{sum \: of \: observation}{total \: number \: of \: observation}

 \frac{5 + 9 + 8 + 15 + 12 + 9 + 2 + 19 + 21 + 11}{10}

 \frac{111}{10}  \\ =11.1

Median = 2,5,8,9,9,11,12,15,19,21
