There are two types of executives,
(i) Nominal Executive.
(ii) Real Executives.
The nominal executives are the heads of specific areas but have no say in the major fields.
The real executives, on the other hand, have a superior grasp over all the areas, or we can say they have the real power.
The examples of nominal executives are kings and rulers and for real executives are the ones chosen by the communities.
